Adam Steen is the Director of Business Development for Syverson Strege where he attends to the relationship development, personal development, and business development of the firm. Prior to joining Syverson Strege, Adam was a consultant and has worked to accelerate the growth of hundreds of businesses in a wide range of industries including banking, manufacturing, and entrepreneurial organizations. He earned his B.S. in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
As a professional speaker, Adam believes that relationships are the key to growth within any business, non-profit or youth organization. He challenges audiences to believe that every person has been made with specific gifts and talents which, if used properly, could truly make an extraordinary impact across the globe.
A fun fact about Adam is that he was a baseball player at Minnesota State University, Mankato and was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies as a pitcher. His favorite memory was pitching in Staten Island, NY against the minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees the first summer after the 9/11/01 tragedy. In his spare time, Adam has become a credentialed minister in the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Kasey, have two boys, Ryker and Maverick, who keep them busy.
