    Lead Planner

    JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

    The Lead Planner is the relationship manager for around 100 clients and oversees revenue between $700-1.1M.  The Lead Planner is responsible for providing advice on matters related to Financial Advising and Investment Management. These areas include cash flow and tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance planning, and investment management. 
     
    In addition to servicing clients, this individual will spend about 25% of their time on business development through relationship-building and identifying prospects matching our unique target clientele. 
     
    This role has a base alongside a bonus structure based on company profitability and revenue growth.

    • Proactively respond to client inquiries as they arise to demonstrate our commitment to their satisfaction and strengthen our partnership.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • CFP® required.
    • Second designation or specialization required.
    • 10 years of experience with a financial planning firm.
    • Demonstrated success in driving sales and cultivating client relationships.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products and financial calculators; ability to learn in-house programs and tools.
